Valencia fullback Jeremy Mathieu has cooled talk of interest from Stoke City.

The Potters have been linked with Mathieu in the local press.

Speaking about talk of a switch to the Britannia Stadium, he said: "It is indeed only a rumour. I feel good here and I want to finish my career at Valencia."
