Valencia are in danger of losing Eliaquim Mangala.

The French defender is on a season-long loan at Los Che from Manchester City.

However, Super Deporte says Mangala could be recalled by City in January.

City manager Pep Guardiola has major fitness concerns for captain Vincent Kompany and wants to find cover for the second-half of the season.

Rather than return to the market for a new signing, Valencia fear Guardiola will simply recall Mangala from his loan.
