Valencia are weighing up a bid for Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso.
Xabi has four years left on his existing Reds deal and Valencia are considering a £9 million bid for the Spain international.
Valencia director Fernando Gomez said: "Alonso would be very valuable to any club."
