Valencia coach Voro confirms shunned trio again available

At his presentation ceremony yesterday, new Valencia caretaker coach Voro admitted the club's rebel trio Miguel Angel Angulo, Santiago Canizares and David Albelda are all available for selection.

All three players were isolated from the rest of the squad by Ronald Koeman during his time in charge, but Voro revealed: "The club, at no moment, has said anything to me that they must play or not. I have been given total freedom.

"They are players as any one of the 25 and are going to be in the team if I consider that they are in form and fit. In any case, they have been without competition for four months and their psychological state is complicated.

"I am going to demand from them that they change their mental situation. If they accept and I see that they are useful to the team, they are going to play."

Voro added: "I have five games in charge here and will give it my all. No-one has promised me anything and at the end of the season I will happily go back to my coaching position.

"I spoke with Koeman on Monday night and he wished me luck. I had a very good relationship with him and the rest of the technical body, but life must go on."
