Valencia coach Unai Emery is happy the board wants him to continue next season.
Emery will be tabled a new one-year deal after a board meeting on Wednesday.
"I am very grateful that they want continuity. It is a challenge and it is important to further strengthen this sports project and to take Valencia where it deserves, staying in the Champions League positions," said Emery.
"No matter the money or offering me a year or two, Valencia is a big honour above the economic factors."
Asked about the future of star duo David Villa and David Silva, Emery added: "Valencia will be a big club no matter who plays here, even if they are players who have given us so much. Valencia is subject to economic needs and other players will take their places."
