Valencia have completed the signing of AC Milan fullback Didac Vila.

Vila spent last season on loan at Espanyol and was one of Los Pericos most consistent performers as he missed only one league game and scored two goals as Mauricio Pochettino's side finished 14th.

Los Che are reported to have paid a loan fee of around €700,000 for the left-back with the option to make the move permanent for a further €3.7 million.

Vila becomes Valencia's fifth signing of the summer and will replace Jordi Alba who moved to Barcelona last month for €14m.
