Valencia have announced that Renan Brito is to spend the 2010/11 campaign on loan at Brazilian outfit Porto Alegre.

The 25-year-old shot-stopper spent last season with Primera Liga new boys Xerez, featuring in 35 of their 38 games.

He returned to Valencia at the end of the season, but is still well down the pecking order with Los Che.

Brito will now return to his homeland in time for the new Brazilian season and will be hoping to hold down regular first-team football once more.
