Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes has given Marc-Andre ter Stegen the thumbs up. The Borussia Monchengladbach keeper is being lined up to succeed Valdes.

"He is extremely self-confident for his age and, despite his youth, he conveys a lot of confidence to his teammates. I think he has great physical agility and is a very complete goalkeeper," Valdes said.
