FC Utrecht striker Sebastien Haller is a target for four Premier League clubs.
Haller has been linked with a move to England this summer, with Swansea City, Tottenham, Sunderland and Crystal Palace all said to be interested, in addition to Championship duo Aston Villa and Norwich City.
But the Daily Star is reporting that Everton are in pole position to sign the French U21 international, who has reportedly turned down a lucrative move to China this summer.
Haller scored 19 goals in 35 appearances for FC Utrecht last season in the Dutch Eredivisie, attracting attention from abroad in the process.
