Chelsea striker Ben Sahar remains locked in talks with FC Utrecht.
"What we have seen is that he works hard and is physically strong and fast," Utrecht technical director Piet Buter told Algemeen Dagblad.
"We had a constructive conversation with Frank Arnesen of Chelsea on Tuesday afternoon before the reserve match between Arsenal and Portsmouth.
"We have noticed that there are possibilities but that it is complicated. This has to do with the conditions under which a possible deal can be done.
"There are sale options, rights of repurchase, the conditions of the sale and such like.
"Ben Sahar is an international and not a cheap guy."
