Utrecht chief Frank Booy expects to see striker Ricky van Wolfswinkel sold to an English club.
Liverpool, Tottenham and Arsenal have all been linked with the exciting goal scorer.
Booy told calciomercato.com: "Ricky is happy here and we're happy with him. But we know he wants more from his career. He deserves it, is a very strong striker.
"We are open to every solution, his agent has reported interest from teams in the Premier League.
"And I think in the end it is likely that he'll end up in England."
