USA U17 coach Cabrera announces World Cup squad

National U17 coach Wilmer Cabrera has announced his squad to represent the USA at the upcoming FIFA U17 World Cup.

The tournament will be held in Nigeria, commencing on October 24 and ending on November 15.

Cabrera has named a 21-man squad for matches against Spain in Kano on October 26, in Kano again versus Malawi on October 29 and in Ijebu-Ode against UAE on November 1.

The following is the USA U17 squad for the 2009 FIFA U17 World Cup in Nigeria:

Goalkeepers: Keith Cardona (NY Red Bulls Academy; Glen Rock, N.J.), Earl Edwards (Nomads SC; San Diego, Calif.), Spencer Richey (Crossfire Premier; Seattle, Wash.)
