USA to meet Slovakia in November exhibition match

The USA national team will met European nation Slovakia in an international exhibition match in November.

The match will be used as a World Cup tune-up for both squads and will take place on November 14 in Bratislava, four days before the USA’s clash with Denmark in Aarhus.

USA, who are 11th in FIFA rankings have not met Slovakia in an international match yet.

The Slovakians qualified for next year’s World Cup for the first time since Czechoslovakia split in 1993 and are ranked 33 in the world.

Denmark, who also qualified for the World Cup finals in South Africa, hold the 27th position in FIFA rankings.
