Jonathan Spector has arrived at Championship Birmingham having been released by fellow relegated side West Ham at the end of last season. The 25-year-old USA international who has spent the past five years at Upton Park following a move from Manchester United, underwent a successful medical at the Blues on Monday before inking a two-year contract.

Spector becomes Birmingham's sixth free transfer signing of the summer.
