USA coach Jurgen Klinsmann is a big fan of Everton boss David Moyes.

The 47-year-old is known as one of football's thinkers, and he told evertontv that he identifies with Moyes' cerebral approach to management.

"David is known within coaching circles as being someone who's constantly learning and constantly curious," he said. "He always wants to know where the next edge in psychology, scouting, science…whatever. That's what a good manager is about, he's a constant learner. And David Moyes is a very good learner.

"If you don't have the resources like the big, big teams have to go out and spend millions on the next big player, you have to be even more on top of the other areas in order to get the most out of your players and to compete with the big clubs."
