USA boss Klinsmann completely comfortable with Villa's Guzan

USA national team boss Juergen Klinsmann has no worries with Brad Guzan stepping into the goalkeeping role.

The Aston Villa custodian will replace Everton's injured number one Tim Howard for upcoming World Cup qualifiers with Costa Rica in Colorado on March 22 and Mexico in Mexico City on March 26 and Klinsmann is extremely comfortable in handing him the gloves.

"We have all the trust and confidence in Brad," Klinsmann told the Chicago Tribune.

"It's a wonderful opportunity for him."

Klinsmann added: "The only issue (Guzan) had was when he was not starting at Aston Villa. You need goalkeepers coming into this program full of confidence and playing rhythm."
