Legendary American sprinter Michael Johnson has confirmed he's invited Aston Villa's speed kings Ashley Young and Gabby Agbonlahor for specialist training.

"Both players have speed which helps them stand out from the rest of the players," Johnson said.

"However, they can still improve by a significant margin, so I suggested to (Martin) O'Neill that they come to Dallas in the summer with me to improve their sprinting technique."

England boss Fabio Capello has been told of the possibility of the trip and has given the go-ahead for the pair to go to Johnson's Sprint Academy in Texas.
