The USA U20 team is without a coach after the US Soccer Federation relieved Thomas Rongen of his duties.
The former New England Revolution, DC United and Chivas USA coach has been sacked after his side failed to qualify for the U20 World Cup.
However, Rongen will remain in with USSF in some capacity until his contract expires at the end of the year.
In his absence, former USA national team star Tab Ramos will oversee the team for an eight-day trip to France from May 13-20 where they play the French U-20 national team on May 17 and 19.
