Uruguay coach Oscar Tabarez is urging Edinson Cavani to leave Napoli for England. Chelsea and Manchester City are chasing the centre-forward.
"I think he will surely leave Napoli," said Tabarez. "I don't know when, but he must go to England or Spain."
