Matthew Upson admits there's a massive contrast between life at Stoke City and West Ham United.

Upson admits that things couldn't be going any better for him.

"It's so refreshing to be here at a Club where we have so much belief and things are going so well for us on all fronts," he told stokecityfc.com.

"It had been a difficult few years at West Ham with us struggling, but to be here now with things going so well in the Premier League and in Europe is absolutely fantastic.

"The manager has us organised, he knows exactly what we need in terms of preparation and that allows us to just go out there, enjoy our football and put in these kind of performances."
