"We have come to the decision to let Lee Chun-soo move to Feyenoord for 2 million euros on a four-year contract," Ulsan said in the statement.

"We have had these discussions for several months but the reason we hadn't been able to work out a deal was because Feyenoord had wanted a loan deal while Lee wanted a move."
