Italian coaching chief Renzo Ulivieri says Botafogo midfielder Clarence Seedorf would not be allowed to take the AC Milan job.

Ulivieri has insisted that the 37-year-old won't be allowed to take charge of the Rossoneri.

"Seedorf can't coach in Serie A," he told Rai Sport. "The license that he's taking with the Dutch FA doesn't have any value in Italy.

"Seedorf can only be an assistant coach in Italy with the current license that he's taking with the Dutch FA."
