Arsenal and Everton's hopes of luring Ukrainian international Andriy Yarmolenko to England have received a boost, with Ukrainian national team boss Mykhaylo Fomenkoencouraging the 26-year-old to play in the Premier League.
The Daily Mirror is reporting Dynamo Kiev have placed a £25million price tag on the striker, who is being heavily courted by both the Gunners and Toffees.
Ukraine boss Fomenko believes his star striker, who has scored 24 goals in 58 international appearances, should jump at the chance to test himself in England's top flight.
"If he is wanted by the top English clubs then, yes, he can show his best in the Premier League and he must do this," Fomenko said.
"He is the leader of our team and leader of our squad."
