UEFA have confirmed that they will share Financial Fair Play fines from a trio of clubs between the other members of the confederation.
English and French champions Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain and Russian giants Zenit St Petersburg were all penalised for breaching UEFA's financial rules recently and it has been decided that the fines copped by the three clubs will be shared among those in the Champions League and Europa League who did not breach the rules last term.
UEFA president Michel Platini said: "The framework for financial fair play must be dynamic, it must evolve constantly, which is why I have convened an important round table on the subject with your representatives at UEFA headquarters on 13 October.
"We will see whether any imperfections can be ironed out and whether there is room to further improve the system."
European Clubs' Association chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge added: "It was an agreement between UEFA and the clubs that it was money belonging to the clubs."
