UEFA have delivered an amazing snub to Manchester City star Sergio Aguero.
European football's governing body has announced a 40-man shortlist for its 'team of the year' but Aguero has been ignored.
Aguero's stunning hat-trick to help Manchester City beat Bayern Munich on Tuesday night took his tally for the season to 17.
The Argentine ace has now scored 11 goals in his last 12 Champions League outings - despite missing long spells through injury.
But despite his incredible record the 26-year-old has failed to make the prestigious shortlist.
