UEFA have decided to close the case against Roma over alleged racist chants from fans aimed at Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger.
The incident occurred during the 3-3 Champions League draw in October.
European football's governing body charged the Italian club with racist behaviour after monkey chants were believed to have been directed toward Rudiger, who left Roma for Chelsea in the summer, in the game on 18 October.
Uefa's Control, Ethics and Disciplinary body met on Thursday to investigate the charge, but have now decided to close the case against Roma. It is believed the decision was made due to insufficient evidence.
A statement on Uefa's website on Friday read: "The DECB has decided to close the disciplinary proceedings."
