Udinese winger Alexis Sanchez remains a target for Manchester United.

The Times says the Chile international, who can operate on the left-side of midfield, is under consideration for United manager Sir Alex Ferguson.

At the end of last season, Sanchez's representatives confirmed United were considering the youngster as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo.
