Udinese striker Stipe Perica retains hope of one day returning to Chelsea.

The 21-year-old has claimed he is still in contact with Chelsea and is determined to one day return.

Chelsea have the right of first refusal if I decide to leave [Udinese],' Perica told 24sata.

“I'm still in touch with them and am often called to be congratulated on my good games and goals."

Perica has scored two goals in six games for Udinese so far this season, who sit 16th in Serie A.

The Croatia Under-21 has made no secret of his intention to play for the Blues again, adding: “I do not regret anything, even though I never played for Chelsea.

“I am proud that I was part of one of the best organised clubs in the world and I will give everything to one day return."
