Udinese winger Alexis Sanchez has rejected a move to Manchester City.
The Daily Star says the winger, 22, joined Italian side Udinese in 2006 and has been linked with Europe's top clubs this summer.
City bid for the Chile international, while Inter Milan and Juventus have also been in talks to sign the player.
But Sanchez rejected a move to City and his agents are negotiating terms on a five-year deal with Barcelona.
