Udinese president Giampaolo Pozzo is refusing to panic after Sunday's 5-0 drubbing by Serie A new-boys Napoli.

He explained: "In Serie A, even the weakest teams do not lose 5-0 at home. But this happened to us. I insist it was only a one-off.

"I agree that we did not play well, but I'm sure that up to now the boys have shown their quality and haven't suddenly lost their ability.

"The players are intelligent and know how to react. I'm sure this will be simply a lesson learned for this season."
