Udinese owner Gino Pozzo insists Adalberto Penaranda is staying.

Penaranda is on-loan at Udinese from Watford, but has struggled for action this season.

The attacker has been linked with a switch to Spain, but Pozzo, who is also in control of Watford, insists there's no plans to cut short the loan.

"We have absolutely not spoken with his agent of a farewell in January," Pozzo told Il Messaggero Veneto.

"We want him to be affirmed at Udinese."
