Udinese chief Pietro Leonardi has confirmed talks with Lazio for defender Guglielmo Stendardo.
"Stendardo? We never opened negotiations with Lazio in that sense - for reasons which I would describe as not picturesque," said Leonardi.
"With Lazio, there was just a chat to understand the synergies."
