Udinese chief Leonardi slams moaning Inter Milan coach Mancini

Udinese sports chief Pietro Leonardi has slammed Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini's moaning over the dismissal of Cesar during Sunday's 0-0 draw.

"I'd just like to make clear that (Giandomenico) Mesto will be out for 20 days after being fouled twice by the Inter defender, so we have suffered some quite considerable damage," he told Radio Kiss Kiss.

"But all I hear on television is discussion over whether each foul deserved a booking or not. Udinese have already been on the wrong end of five red cards and we have never moaned about it."

Although the Zebrette couldn't exploit their numerical advantage fully and claim maximum points, Leonardi was delighted with his men.

"We played excellently," he stated. "Are there regrets that we didn't win? It seems a little presumptuous to think like that, but I have to say that we played on a level with the Inter juggernaut that has phenomenal weapons, even if they had to play with 10 men.

"We are proud to be the only side in Serie A to remain unbeaten against the Nerazzurri over the last two years."
