UAE coaching commitments put Maradona's Australia visit on hold

Diego Maradona's trip to Australia has been postponed because of coaching commitments with UAE outfit Al Wasl.

The Argentine great was set to travel down under later this month for live interviews conducted by Les Murray in Melbourne and Sydney but has been forced to put the dates back to May.

A fixture change by the United Arab Emirates Football Federation has seen Al Wasl's meeting with Al Sharajah moved to January 24 meaning that Maradona has postponed the tour until after the UAE Pro League season to avoid any other clashes.
