Tyrone Mings is happy with his move to Bournemouth.
The former Ipswich Town defender was reportedly pursued by Arsenal and Chelsea.
With West Brom, Aston Villa and Newcastle all chasing him this summer, the 22-year-old plumped for Bournemouth because of boss Eddie Howe.
“I admire the way his team plays football," explained Mings to the Mirror. “He's had to work his way up – although from League Two rather than non-League as with me – and I can relate to that.
“Like me, Bournemouth have come a long way fast. We've got the smallest ground in the league and a close-knit feel. It's the perfect fit for me."
