There are still two critical issues to settle between Inter Milan and would-be buyer Erick Thohir.
The Indonesian billionaire has agreed a price and percentage of shares with Inter president Massimo Moratti, but the make-up of the board is still to be decided.
Gazzetta dello Sport says the number of board members and the presence of Moratti representatives need to be settled as does the president's future.
Thohir wants Moratti to stay on, but the Italian will only do so if the position is a serious role and not just symbolic.
