Two-goal Totti excited about Roma title chances

AS Roma captain Francesco Totti was delighted with their 3-0 thumping of Inter Milan. The captain bagged a brace at San Siro, maintaining Roma's amazing start of 21 points from an available 21, scoring 20 goals and conceding just one.

"We hope to continue like this. We know there's a long way to go, but with this team we can go far.

"I doubt anyone expected this start to the season. The team is set out well, has international level players and the mind is crucial. When your mind is free of tension, you can do anything."

Rudi Garcia continues to insist the Giallorossi are not in the Scudetto race, but would Totti say the same?

"You could say anything now. We are a team who can compete with everyone. There are stronger sides, but we will fight to get into the Champions League. That is our objective."
