FC Twente chairman Joop Munsterman admits they're keeping back Nacer Chadli from friendly action in anticipation of a transfer.

Tottenham and Swansea City have been linked with the Belgium winger, who stood out of Twente's defeat to Preussen Münster on the weekend.

"We're a little careful with him," said Munsterman.

"We hear a lot about Tottenham, but the club will have to come to us with an offer first."
