FC Twente coach Steve McClaren is resigning himself to losing star defender Douglas.
McClaren fears he will lose Douglas, his defensive kingpin, to Fulham in a £5m deal, says the Sunday Mirror.
The FC Twente boss is desperate to hold onto his Brazil-born centre-back. But the player's contract expires at the end of this season. And Twente have decided to cash in before Thursday's deadline.
