FC Twente chairman Joop Munsterman has taken a new dig at Everton over Leroy Fer's collapsed transfer.
Munsterman insists Everton moved the goal posts in fee negotiations.
"Once Everton announced the agreement, the offer was suddenly substantially lower. The final offer was for Fer in the first-half of the year to be on-loan, which we would get €2 million.
"If he played only a few matches with an" x "number of minutes, the option to buy would be scrapped.
"That could not be."
