FC Twente coach Steve McClaren admits striker Luuk de Jong would be well suited to the Premier League.

The young Holland international has been linked with Liverpool and Newcastle United.

"He's big, strong, good in the air and scores easily," said McClaren.

"Luuk is an 'English'-type striker, but needs another year at Twente and then he will be ready for big things."
