Sunderland defender Michael Turner says his best game for the club was their win over Liverpool last season.
The match was settled by Darren Bent thanks to the beach ball controversy.
"My best game of the season was definitely when we played Liverpool at home and won 1-0 thanks to Benty's goal off the famous beach ball," Turner told safc.com.
"It was a fantastic team performance in front of a sell-out crowd at the Stadium of Light. The atmosphere was fantastic and it was a great day all round."
And Liverpool are mentioned again as Turner highlights Fernando Torres as the best player he's ever faced.
"Torres is the best player I've played against. He's an unbelievable striker with everything in his locker."
