Swansea City legend Lee Trundle says Everton players will benefit from Roberto Martinez's man-management.

Evertonian Trundle is now looking forward to seeing how Martinez implements his style at Goodison Park.

"It's his man management and the way he speaks to people," Trundle explained to evertontv when asked about Martinez's strengths.

"There would be lads that weren't in the team [at Swansea] and they would go in to see him. They would be unhappy but then come out of the dressing room feeling like they were the best player in the world with the way that he had spoken and treated them. His man management is different class.

"It's his knowledge of football as well. When you sit and talk to him you have respect because you realise that when he goes home he doesn't just sit about in the house."
