Troy Parrott has signed a new contract with Tottenham.

The 16 year-old has penned his first pro deal with Spurs, says the Irish Independent.

Parrott was inspirational for Colin O'Brien's Ireland U16 side in their recent run to the semi-finals of the Under-17 European Championships.

Parrott's natural ability and comfort on the ball was evident throughout the tournament in May and he scored three goals of the highest quality, including the equaliser against a talented Dutch side and eventual winners Holland in the semi-finals.
