James Troisi is set to join Italian giants Juventus according to recent reports.
The 23-year old Australian midfielder has departed Turkish club Kayserispor over pay issues and will spend next season playing in Italy's Serie A.
But Troisi will not be playing for Juve as the Turin club plan to send him on loan to Pescara who have been promoted to the top flight.
The report suggests that Troisi will join Juventus but be loaned to the Delfini along with Ouasim Booy in exchange for Marco Verratti.
Furthermore, Troisi's agent and father Alby told The World Game that he is indeed in negotiations with Juventus.
"The plan then is for him to come back to Juventus in year two. That's where we're at right now.
"It's not totally secured yet but hopefully everything will be resolved by next week.
"If the deal goes ahead it will be a dream for James, it's what every young player strives for.
"James has opted to test himself and see if he can reach his heights as a footballer and I support him all the way.""Talks with Juventus are ongoing and it looks like a deal will hopefully be done which sees him join the club and then go out to Pescara, on a season-long loan," he revealed.
