New York City FC warmed up for their home Major League Soccer (MLS) debut by signing a trio of new deals, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/. The expansion franchise have added Tri-State Ford, New York-Presbyterian Hospital, and Grand Hyatt New York to their sponsorship portfolio.
New York-Presbyterian will be the training wear sponsor, with its logo appearing on the squad's training uniforms and on replica merchandise. The newly branded kits were produced in time for Sunday's game.
Car dealership chain Tri-State Ford has become a founding sponsor of the club, as well as the presenting sponsor of their 2015 season.
It will have an extensive branding presence at Yankee Stadium throughout the year, while it will also run activations throughout the local area and create a co-branded Ford Explorer to promote the team.
The Grand Hyatt New York will be the official hotel partner of the team, and will also have branding at Yankee Stadium.
