Triglav Kranj sports chief Miran Subic has confirmed that 15 year-old striker Uros Palibrk will soon sign for AC Milan.
Palibrk has already had successful trials with the Rossoneri and Subic admitted last week that only final details needed to be agreed ahead of the youngster moving to the European champs.
