TRIBAL STATS - Matchday 5: Man Utd boss Mourinho's Sunday streak; Chelsea end Stamford Bridge scoring run; Jesus shines for Man City;

A new face in the manager's hot seat, a familiar face making a return to his former side, and a fresh face breaking records and impressing by scoring. Here's all the facts and stats that matter (and those that don't matter as well) from the wild week that was in the Premier League.

Bournemouth stretched their unbeaten league run against Brighton to 7 with their win.

Jermaine Defoe's goal for his new side took his tally of Premier League teams scored against to 36.

Crystal Palace's new manager Roy Hodgson became the oldest managerial appointment in PL history, taking the reins at 70 years of age.

His side's failure to score saw their goalless run to start the season stretch to 5 games and 439 minutes, the longest ever in PL history.

They became the first side ever in English first division history to open their campaign winless and goalless after 5 games.

Gareth Barry's start for West Bromwich Albion was his 600th in the PL, becoming the first player to reach this milestone

The appearance equaled ex-Man Utd star Ryan Giggs' PL appearance record of 632.

Manchester City'sGabriel Jesus scored in his side's 6-0 romping of Watford. He now averages a goal every 91 minutes in the Premier League, the best ratio of all time. His 15 PL appearances have seen him involved in 15 goals.

His one goal in his side's win was dwarfed by Sergio Aguero's hat trick. It was his 6th PL hat trick, taking him to 5th on the list of most PL hat tricks.

Liverpool's slip against Burnley was just the second time that they have not beaten them in the PL, the last being an embarrassing 2-0 loss despite maintaining 80 percent possession last season.

Burnley conceded a whopping 35 shots against the Reds, holding onto a 1-1 result.

Newcastle United's victory against Stoke City saw them snap a 5 match streak without a win against the Potters.

Despite falling to the newly promoted side, Stoke City'sXherdan Shaqiri scored to draw his side level just before the hour mark. That goal was his 6th straight scored from outside 18 yards.

Tottenham Hotspur's questionable start at Wembley has continued, as they were held scoreless for the first time in 30 PL home games against Swansea.

Swansea City were impressive in holding the Spurs to a 0-0 draw. This is despite the fact that their side has had less shots this season than Harry Kane individually.

Chelsea also saw a long scoring run at home broken as they were held to a frustrating 0-0 draw to a much improved Arsenal. They had previously scored in 23 successive matches at Stamford Bridge.

David Luiz's late red card against Arsenal was Chelsea's third in their last three games. That's as many sending offs as they've had in their previous 73 games.

Manchester United's win against Everton helped manager Jose Mourinho maintain an impressive stat. He has never lost a league game played on a Sunday.

Everton's loss sees them planted inside the relegation zone, despite boasting a squad that is worth more than Bayern Munich's.
