Chelsea youngster Bertrand Traore is hoping to use Wednesday nights Africa Cup of Nations semi-final to impress Antonio Conte.

Traore will be in the Burkina Faso team to face Egypt in Gabon's capital Libreville.

The forward is currently on loan at Ajax after breaking through into the Chelsea squad last season and he wants to fight to win his place back.

"That's my goal for this season, that's why I've been sent on loan to Ajax, to show that I'm ready for Chelsea," Traore told BBC Sport.

"I have to do well at Ajax and also do well here to hope I can go back to Chelsea. I hope to be back in the Chelsea team, that's what I'm working hard for and I hope I'll be back next season."
