A tug-of-war is about to spark for Incheon United's Aussie defender Jade North. North Queensland Fury chairman Don Matheson has confirmed his interest in the Australia international as a 'guest player'.
And tribalfootball.com can reveal North's showing against the Republic of Ireland, particularly Tottenham striker Robbie Keane, has attracted serious interest from Europe for the versatile centre-half.
Buddy Farah, North's player manager, told tribalfootball.com: "Jade has had a number of European clubs monitor him over the last few months.
"He had clubs from Europe sitting in the stands at Limerick last week and didn't do himself any harm. He enjoyed the match immensely - as he does in every match he plays for his country.
"Jade enjoys living in Korea, however it's always going to be hard to settle in quickly. He's happy with the club, but football is a funny business. One minute you're there the next you're gone."
